This course introduces people to the overall concept of Crew Resource Management (CRM).

A brief history is presented as well as a short outline on the goals of this concept.  Students will also look at how this concept has evolved throughout the years and finally, a short vision as to Crew Resource Management may involve in the future.  A short quiz is also presented at the end of this course.

This introductory course lays the foundation into my more in-depth and industry focussed Crew Resource Management course.
